Our Centre has embraced technology by operating on integrated electronic

practice management and medical record systems. Our patients are able to book appointments online and choose between a physical or virtual or telehealth consultation (telephone or video).

Such virtual consultations do not seek to replace physical consultation nor are they suitable for all types of health problems. Our Centre is guided by the relevant government legislation pertaining to telehealth or telemedicine consultations e.g. the Health Act and POPIA Act as well as the relevant Regulations and Guidelines of the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) in this regard.
